Popular Sportsbetting Forum Sued for Copyright Infringement

The Las Vegas Review-Journal has sued popular sportsbetting forum Major Wager for allegedly posting Review-Journal stories involving sports and sports betting on its Web site without authorization.
This follows other lawsuits filed by the Review-Journal against other parties. Apparently R-J never gave notice nor requested that any of the involved parties remove their stories. In fact, all of the sued entities provided links back to R-J and credited them as the source of the story.
One would think that stories posted in this manner would fall under the "fair use" doctrine. Evidently Review-Journal believes otherwise.
