Poker players across the U.S. can ALMOST breathe more easily knowing Barney Frank is drafting a new bill known as "The Internet Gambling Regulation Consumer Protection & Enforcement Act". This bill will make it easier and legal for US citizens to place bets online, including with offshore operators. The full extent of this bill is not known but watch this space, because developments will be posted here.
