"They spam my inbox, give out free chips then let you cash out, the customer service is rude and even though I signed up for only one casino I am getting emails from like 7 other casinos! I'm sure they own them all. Scam artists. Stay Away from Cool Cat Casino."

"They claim 7 to 10 bussiness days for payouts. Then they add weeks to that and claim it takes that long. I have have dealt with many out of country casinos never have I had to wait a month or more for a payout "
