Bodog is running four WSOP Seat Giveaway Qualifiers EVERY SINGLE DAY IN MAY! These qualifiers start at 3 a.m., 9 a.m., 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET. The buy-in is only five Bodog Poker Points which means that every new signup gets 10 free tries at a WSOP seat.

Each tournament caps at 5,000 players and the top 25 will be invited to participate in the WSOP Seat Giveaway Finale that will be hosted on June 7. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to participants 21 years of age or older who have (1) a current valid Bodog member player account, (2) an accurate, functioning e-mail address. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this contest, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related to those employees, officers and directors) are not eligible to participate. Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: The player will need to visit the Bodog Poker Software and register in the qualifying tournaments called “WSOP* Seat Giveaway Qualifier”. The buy-in for each Qualifying Round will be 5 Bodog Poker Points. There is also no buy-in charge for participation in the “WSOP* Seat Giveaway Finale”. Sponsor, affiliates, sales representatives, participating retailers, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entrant must include all data requested for the Contest entry to be valid. Limit one entry per person. Subsequent entries from the same individual will be automatically disqualified. Odds of winning depend on skill and number of participants.

THE TOURNAMENT: Qualifying Rounds: The first Qualifying Round will be held on May 1st at 3am ET. Additional Qualifying Rounds will be held 4 times per day at 3am, 9am, 3pm and 9pm ET until May 31st. The last Qualifying Round will be held on May 31st 2008 at 9pm ET. The top 25 finishers in each qualifier will win entry into the “WSOP* Seat Giveaway Finale” to be held on June 7th 2008 at 5pm ET. In addition, the 1st place finisher in the qualifying round will win T$29 so that they can enter in any “Main Event Quarterfinal”, the 26th to 50th place finishers will win T$1.50 so that they can enter in any “Main Event Cheap Seat". Final Round: The top twenty five (25) players from each of the Qualifying Rounds will be invited to play in the Final Round, which will be held on June 7th 2008 at 5pm ET.

FINAL ROUND PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: IF the winner wants to participate in the WSOP* Main Event, funds for buy-in to the WSOP* Main Event ($10,000) and $2000 cash for travel. (Approximate retail ("ARV") $12,000USD);

OR

IF winner does not wish to participate in the WSOP* Main Event, $2500 cash. (ARV $2500USD).

Four (4) Second Prizes of T$270 to play in one (1) WSOP*/Players Choice Semifinal (ARV $270USD/winner) that will be awarded to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place finisher of the Final Round, in this case the “WSOP* Seat Giveaway Finale”.

Five (5) Third Prizes of T$109 to play in one (1) Bodog's $100K Guaranteed Tournament (ARV $109USD/winner) that will be awarded to the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th place finisher of the Final Round/“WSOP* Seat Giveaway Finale”.

Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same approximate retail value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Value of all prizes to be awarded in the Final Round is $13,625USD or $4,125USD, dependent upon the choice of prize made by the winner of the Grand Prize. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees. WINNERS: Prizes will be awarded as noted above. In some cases, the potential prize winner must complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Any necessary alternate winners will be selected in a similar drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent that his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
