There is an opinion that rakeback is much better than playing bonuses, this is correct for players playing higher limits like 5/10 but not everyone can afford to take 500$ to each table(for limit holdem, on NL tables this figure is much more), which is needed for stable play in the case of losing streaks. So most of players play 2/4 tables or less. Also many poker rooms now use ascending scale when clearing bonuses (higher limit you play faster bonus is cleared) so bonuses rapidly became same as rakeback.
At overall its better to play limit holdem to clear the bonus and to lower a risk for your bankroll. When playing No limit and Pot limit you will be often risking entire bankroll taken to the table, when in limit only by one small fixed bet.

Best poker room with this parameters are Williamhill (Cryptologic network) bonus is 10$ per hour per table 1/2$ and up, also you can get rakeback so overall yo will get +5.5BB (big bets) only playing bonuses which is very high. Site allows deposit/withdrawal back to visa card. But No us players allowed and games are tight.
Other Cryptologic skins like Interpoker also offers good bonuses all with same clearance rate 5$ per table 2/4 and up + rakeback over 1.5-2$ = over 6.5-7$ per hour. Also ultimatebet had periodical reloads with clearance rate less than 1$ but administrative fees deducted from rakeback making this site no better than bodog. Both accepts Us players.
This list of course is not full, times are change and you may find other most better offers. But always remember trust statistics, not your emotions like this site is rigged, place is unlucky and etc. Losing streaks happens to everyone from time to time and must be ready for that. To take a full picture you will need to collect a data no less than 30,000 hands.
