MONTREAL, Quebec -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Everest Poker today announced that the online poker room would be hosting a special promotion during the month of September. Everest Poker's Survive The Workweek is a series of online poker tournaments hosted every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night at 19:00 GMT beginning September 3, 2007 and continuing through September 27th.
"We really wanted to do something special for our players to make them feel a bit better about summer ending, and this fits the bill," said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager. "We've put together a really unique package that offers our players the chance to play at some great tournaments, or walk away with a big cash prize."
We're hoping that a lot of players find the Survive The Workweek Everest Poker promotion something that makes the beginning of Autumn a little easier. The Everest Poker Survive The Workweek promotion will feature the following schedule: Mondays, there will be a Direct Entry tournament for seats at the upcoming Master Classics of Poker in Amsterdam; Tuesday, players will compete for a poker trip to Australia, where they'll play at the PokerNews Cup Australia; Wednesdays are dedicated to EPT Winner's Choice tournaments, giving players the opportunity to play at a European Poker Tour event of their choosing and the Thursday tournaments will allow players to get their shot at a $20,000 guaranteed prize.
In addition to the prizes offered, players that participate in ten or more Survive The Workweek tournaments during September will receive a free Gold Token from Everest Poker. Everest Poker Gold Tokens allow entry into any $100+9 tournament held by the online poker room.
